Paging microphone with call station base for use with the RZ45 audio matrix. Connected via RJ45 for both signal and power to simplify wiring. Zone assign buttons enable calling to one or all zones. Pressing the page button mutes audio playback and plays one of 8 selectable chimes, opening the microphone to the selected zone(s). Auxiliary audio input can also be routed to the selected zones for pre-recorded announcements or alerts. Converts the RZ45 system into a comprehensive paging system.
